Welcome to ACE Science Academy. By enrolling in our courses or using our website/services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria defined by ACE Science Academy.
  • Submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees is mandatory at the time of admission.
  • Admission once confirmed is non-transferable to any other student or course.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable, unless explicitly stated in writing by the management.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of classes or access to academic resources.

3. Course Structure & Academic Policy

  • ACE Science Academy reserves the right to modify course content, batch timings, faculty allocation, and study material if required.
  • Attendance in classes, tests, and assessments is compulsory to ensure academic progress.
  • Performance analytics and mentoring are provided as academic support and do not guarantee specific exam results.

4. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
  • Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute rules may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.
  • Use of mobile phones or electronic devices inside classrooms is restricted unless permitted.

5. Study Material & Intellectual Property

  • All study material, test papers, videos, and digital content provided by ACE Science Academy are the intellectual property of the institute.
  • Copying, sharing, recording, or distributing any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Test Series & Results

  • Test schedules and formats may be changed for academic improvement.
  • Test results and performance analysis are meant for guidance only and do not ensure admission or rank in NEET, JEE, or MHT-CET.

7. Safety & Liability

  • ACE Science Academy takes reasonable care to ensure a safe learning environment.
  • The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Students attend classes at their own risk; the institute shall not be liable for any injury or unforeseen incident beyond its control.

8. Communication Policy

  • By enrolling, students/parents agree to receive academic updates, notifications, and promotional messages via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Contact details provided must be accurate and up to date.

9. Use of Website

  • Content on the ACE Science Academy website is for informational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized use, hacking attempts, or misuse of website content may result in legal action.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • ACE Science Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts only.
